Nurse expertise
Our team of NMC-registered nurses are a core pillar of our clinical support service.
With over 300 years of combined experience across 30+ clinical specialisms (including everything from occupational health to mental health and emergency care to oncology), our nurses provide expert triage and advice to help get your employees the advice, triage and signposting they need to feel better sooner.

When speaking with a member of our clinical team when reporting an absence, employees will receive expert triage before being signposted to the appropriate care pathway(s), whether that's simply self-care advice, referral to a specialised service, or in rare cases, to emergency services.

The results of day-one clinical care are highly impactful.
On average, our service delivers up to a 3x reduction in the reoccurrence of symptoms for employees, helping to improve their quality of life. And although our service is not an emergency care line, we also attend to a high number of critical interventions, saving around 180 lives every year.
