What types of integrations do you support?
We support 2 types of integrations - API and SFTP.
How do API integrations work?
Our APIs are available with pre-set schemas and data arrays. When you register an application on the API Developer Hub, you are given a secure token and secret key that can be used to establish a secure connection. A test environment is available for experimentation, as well as a production environment for real-time data exchange.
How does an SFTP integration work?
SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) connections enable you to easily and safely transfer files between your systems and partners while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
On an agreed schedule, GoodShape will deposit data files in a secure location, ready for you to access and use. Each data file is bespoke to your needs and a deposit can be made up to every 15 minutes.
How do I set up an integration?
Clients can grant authorised IT personnel with access to GoodShape’s API Developer Hub. There, users can register applications, such as HR, Payroll and Rostering systems, and access a menu of APIs with pre-sets schemas.
Is technical support available to assist with the integration process?
Yes - a documentation library is included within the API Developer Hub, along with details of how to contact our support teams.
Are there additional costs associated with integrating third-party applications/softwares?
Yes - a standard development and managed service fee will apply, subject to the terms and conditions of your service agreement.
