How it works
1.
Stages set to organisation policy.
Organisations set up their absence monitoring stages and warning levels based on their attendance monitoring policies.
2.
Employee hits threshold for review.
When an employee hits a threshold of absences in a period of time, managers are notified and prompted to do an attendance monitoring review.
3.
Manager reviews case.
Managers review the case and move the employee to the appropriate level of warning and log the support provided to the employee.
4.
Continuous monitoring.
The employee remains in monitoring until the next review, when the manager decides to remove them from monitoring or consider dismissal if policy violations have continued.
