How it works

1.

Employee reports absence.

For every absence, the employee's absence details are compared to the customised referral criteria and if met, a referral is offered or their manager is notified.
2.

Referral is offered.

The employee is offered a referral to the appropriate support which either they or their can manager can accept or decline. Reasons for declining are captured.

3.

If accepted, referral form is completed.

If the employee or manager chooses to accept a referral, they are prompted to fill out a form comprising of questions required for the wellbeing supplier.

4.

Referral is sent to supplier.

Once the referral form is submitted, an email is automatically sent to the wellbeing supplier, including a link to login to view and download the referral form.
